Jordan Daloisio and new signing Megan McFadden fired Hamilton into a final preseason

win as they now look to the season opener away to Hibs.

Accies dominated both halves, and despite Celtic coming back into the match, Hamilton held on to claim the victory.

Daloisio's double and McFadden's first Hamilton goal pleased manager Gary Doctor who is ready to get the season off to a positive start now.

Accies pushed Celtic early with Laura Gallen forcing a corner after only six minutes, and four minutes later Gillian Inglis connected with the post.

After half an hour of play Hamilton had created the most, but still had nothing to show for it before four minutes later Daloisio tapped in from close range to give them the lead.

The goal pushed the hosts on even more, Deborah McLeod shooting just over with two til the break.

Daloisio grabbed her second around the hour mark after Gallen brought the young keeper off her line, the striker picking up Gallen's effort and slotting in.

The second lead to a period of Celtic pressure though, with Gallen and Elaine Fleming keeping them at bay until an unstoppable effort from Cavanagh from outside the area brought one back for the Hoops on the 66th.

A minute later Celtic had the chance to bring it back to level terms after McLeod brought down ex-Accie Darcy Molley for a freekick near the box, but her shot was easily held by Fleming.

On the 68th, they had their chance again, with Molley's 35 yard freekick finding Cavanagh who's shot bounced out.

Accies put the game to bed with twenty to go though after McFadden sent past her old club with a brilliant volley through the packed box to end Hamilton's preseason on a high.
