New Douglas Park,

30 August 2015, 4pm Kick-off

Hamilton Accies finally got back to winning ways at the weekend enjoying four goals and a cleansheet against Inverness City.
Midfielder Laura Gallen fired home her signature long range effort and a tap in to make it two before Gillian Inglis and Lori Gardner were also on hand to put past Kim Jappy.
The hosts were in control throughout despite Jappy thwarting their early efforts, and manager Gary Doctor was delighted to get the points on the board and the cleansheet after least week's disappointment in Forfar.

"We had worked on a number of things recently to get more people in the box as the second goal and also to try and get in behind Inverness which we succeeded in doing a lot without maybe taking full advantage.

"It was nice to see different scorers as we need goals to come from all over the team."

"Hopefully getting a clean and scoring a few goals will give everyone a lift, especially as we were missing five players and had to make some last minute reshuffling to the team.
"Gives us plenty to think about as coaches in terms of the team for next week and plenty that the players can still improve on for what will be a much tougher game."

Accies dominated the opening stages with Gardner and Inglis causing the visitors problems at the back, and after only five Gallen found an effort blocked off the line.

But half an hour later Hamilton's efforts came to fruition as Gallen sent a brilliant effort from 35 yards towards goal to bounce off the crossbar and over Jappy to make it one nil.
Gardner was then brought down outside the box with minutes until the break, but Megan Quinn's curling strike landed at Jappy.
Almost instantly after the restart, Gallen doubled her and Hamilton's tally, tapping in from inside the Inverness area after great build up from Inglis and Gardner again.
And seven later, the captain Inglis was rewarded for her efforts as Gallen turned provider to send a low cross to Inglis in front of Jappy to send it into the bottom left corner off her left foot.
With under twenty to go Hamilton sealed the result as Gardner also got on the scoresheet.
Jennifer Borland sent a brilliant ball through to Inglis in the box who then set up Gardner to flick over the onrushing Jappy.
Accies saw the game out without any trouble from the struggling Inverness before looking ahead to next week's trip to Stirling Uni.
