The second game of the season, Emma Jai, Emily, Emma and Teigan up from the under 15's.

First Half:  This was a great game of football as both teams were up for it. This is our local derby and there was no way Accies were going to beaten. Accies forced a lot of corners and free kicks and did not make the best of them. Emma Robert scored a fantastic individual goal. Accies should have had this game finished in the first half.

Second Half:  Motherwell came out fighting and had Accies on the back foot for 20 minutes, getting a goal in the 19th minute. On the 14th minute Emma had a great run and was unlucky not to get a penalty as she was definitely clipped. Accies started to get back into the game and a great pass from Rachel to Emma who went one on one with keeper for the goal! On the 28th minute Megan took a free kick 22 yards out and a great header from Carragh went straight into the net. Accies took control for the remainder of the game.

Conclusion:  They still need to sharpen up their fitness levels as the season goes ahead. The 17's with the support of the four under 15's put in a great shift and duly deserved the win. The player of the Match was Emma Roberts for her tireless running up front and two great goals.
